Enquiries and feedback

We use the contact details and information you provide to answer your enquiry, help with your stay or respond to your feedback. Your message is sent to the motel’s reception email. Private feedback is not published as a public review.

Sending and keeping your message

Our website uses Cloudflare to host the site and temporarily store messages, Resend to send notification emails, and Microsoft Outlook for reception’s email. These providers may process information outside New Zealand.

The website keeps a delivery and recovery copy for 30 days after the email service acknowledges sending. If sending fails, we retain the message while the delivery issue is resolved. Reception keeps its email correspondence separately for guest service and business records.

Online bookings

Online reservations are made through Little Hotelier. Its booking service handles the details you enter there. Please read the privacy information shown during booking. Please do not put payment-card details in an enquiry or feedback message.
