Are we pet friendly?
It depends. The main rule of thumb is that pets are not allowed to be in contact with any furnitures, beddings and the carpet of the unit (this is to keep the unit allergen free), and the pet need to not cause a disturbance to other paying guests. Also the guest must agree to tidying up after the pet and be responsible to any damage caused by the pet. It will be most ideal if your pet can stay in a travel crate while being in the unit or sleep in the vehicle. For more clarifications, please discuss with management
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY STAY?
If you have booked directly through our official website and wish to change your bookings, you can simply give us a call on 04 902 7600 or send an enquiry to us via firstname.lastname@example.org, we are more than happy to assist you with the changes.
Please note our cancellation policy is 48 hours before check-in, or a cancellation fee may apply.
WHAT ARE YOUR BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS?
At Wrights by the Sea motel, we have:
7 x Executive Studios: A single bed and a queen bed in the same room, sleeps 3 max.
2 x Deluxe Studios: One queen bed only, spa bath and air conditioning, sleeps 2 max, perfect for couples
2 x Family Unit: Two storied apartment, Queen bed downstairs and three single bed up stairs, sleeps 5 max.
2 x One Bedroom Apartment: Queen bed in a seperate & two single bed in lounge with sofa bed. Sleeps 4 max.
1 x Luxury Studio: Extra large studio with a queen bed, single bed and a sofa bed. Sleeps 3 max
*Sofa bed can be set up as a double bed to sleeps two extra, please discuss with the management before your booking for more details.
what is the check in and check out time?
Our check in time is after 1 PM in the afternoon and check out time is up to 10 AM, should you require an earlier check in or later check out, please discuss with the management, surcharge fee may apply.
What is the minimum age require to book a room?
We require our independent booking guests to be at least 18 y/o of age to book, any underage guests need to be accompanied by an adult or a caretaker.
WHAT DO WE ACCEPT FOR PAYMENT?
We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, Amex and Eftpos / Debit cards for payments. With company bookings we may accept payment via invoicing & chargebacks. Please discuss with the management if you have any questions regarding this.
